**All of these backgrounds were created
using my crystal, mineral, and gemstone photographs. There will be many more
coming in the future. By request I am making them available for free to other
gem, mineral, and crystal enthusiasts and hobbyists for use as backgrounds, wallpaper, or
whatever other purpose you may have in mind for them. You may find that some
of them are too busy or too dark for use as backgrounds, but they will still be
great for other uses. Each background and photo is a Copyright © of RocksInMyHeadToo, unless stated otherwise. If you choose to
copy any of the backgrounds or photographs for commercial use, please include
the copyright information listed above. If you are using them for personal use
only, it is not necessary to include the copyright information. Thank you!
I have included descriptions of each
background. Underlined links are provided below for a full page sample of each
background, with and without printed text on it. Depending upon your individual
computer and monitor, the colors may appear somewhat differently than they
appear on my website or my monitor. Feel free to adjust the colors to your
taste. Most of the photographs from which the backgrounds originated were
lightened in color intensity to make it easier to read the printed text against
the multiple colors and patterns of the backgrounds. You may find that they
need further lightening on your screen. The backgrounds will also appear
differently with other colors of text. Also, if you are as overly picky as I
am, you may want to adjust the size of the background photo if you would like
it to be evenly spaced across your screen or page, as these are adjusted to fit
my screen size. Only resize the width to smaller sizes in very small increments
until you have obtained an evenly spaced background pattern. If you are having
difficulty in adjusting it yourself, please feel free to ask me for help. The
original photos are shown at the bottom of this page and on each individual
background's "with text" page.
